A successful referral is defined as a new candidate who has not previously engaged with Monarch, commencing paid construction work with the company. Referral rewards will be issued within 14 days of Monarch beginning the contracted construction works. If the referred candidate delays their engagement, the referrer will remain eligible for the reward once candidate initiates paid work with Monarch. A minimum contract value of £200,000 of paid construction work is required for the referral reward to be applicable.
